To promote, initiate, and stimulate the growth and development of wheelchair and stand-up table tennis for the disabled in the United States of America. To act as a focus for ideas and creative efforts of disabled and able bodied individuals and groups dedicated to improving life of the disabled through participation in wheelchair and stand-up table tennis.
